In our rush to pack before a long drive from Tarland to the Lake District, I left the two converters for US to UK electrical current. It is one of those truly divisive factors in the Special Relationship! And one of those essentials which support iPads for writing this column.

So, I must leave you this evening with one photo from our Scotland week. It is the inspiring competitor 201 I mentioned Saturday from the Highland Fling dancing at the Lonach Games. She inspires me. What a determined young woman with the world to conquer!

I hope to find a couple of power converters tomorrow. I won’t repeat my language upon realizing I left forgot them before a long drive today.
