Dave Maxwell’s welcome presentation on the Korean security situation is a week from today as we note that the Norks, as they are often called, launched missiles off a submarine today. You can’t make this stuff go away by magic or love. Dave, however, has dedicated decades to understanding it so he will be on at 7 pm on 20 March.
