I have spent the day following up on bureaucracies that aren’t functioning too well today. I am grumpy. I suspect the thick layer of clouds only contributes to this sense of frustration so I share the relief I so often crave on these dreary days.

If you will forgive me for a day, let me give you some photographs I have already begun to treasure in 2023.

As the month began, so began a stunning new year.

I close with what i think is a rings of life, reminding us of the world’s ebbs and flows regardless of the frustrations (bureaucratic or otherwise) of the day. Have a spectacular evening and, to quote Jackson Brown, ‘get up and do it again, amen’ tomorrow. What a privilege to have that opportunity! FIN
