Rule by law versus Rule OF law

Autocorrect sucks too often, no matter how many times or how carefully you look at something.

As Dave Maxwell pointed out, I thought I had written China is governed by rule by law but my trusty autocorrect changed it to rule of law which most definitely IS NOT what I meant or what occurs in China.

Thank you, Dave, and down with autocorrect (except when it does the right thing). No matter how often we read things….
