Col Oler is currently the Associate Dean for Aademic Affairs at the National War College where he joined the faculty in 2018 following a career as a Judge Advocate General with the Air Force for more than twenty years. Col Oler served on an extended assignment in the Secretary of Defense’s legal office in 2019. A long-time analyst of Israel’s security, he also passionately loves reminding audiences of the effects that the U.S. civil war had on our nation.
